The window
The Booster XT 60-day money-back window
Every Booster XT order placed through this portal carries a 60-day money-back window that starts on the day the package is delivered. Opened bottles are accepted. No return shipment is required before the refund is issued.
What the window covers
It covers the purchase price of the order, on every record, whether you bought two bottles or six. It applies if the formula did nothing for you, if you changed your mind, or if you simply did not get on with taking a capsule every morning. There is no requirement to prove a reason, no restocking charge and no questionnaire designed to talk you out of it.
What it does not cover is an order placed somewhere else. A bottle bought from a marketplace seller was never processed by this desk, cannot be matched to lot BXT/26-R047 and cannot be refunded here. The verification page explains how to tell the difference before you buy rather than after.
How to use it, step by step
- 01
Write to the desk
Send an email to [email protected] from the address used on the order, with the order number in the subject line. That is the whole requirement.
- 02
Get an acknowledgement
The desk replies within one business day during Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm Eastern. If a public holiday falls in between, allow an extra day before chasing.
- 03
Keep the bottles
No return shipment is required. If you would rather not keep unopened stock, the desk will tell you where to send it, but that is your choice and it does not gate the refund.
- 04
Refund is issued
The refund goes back to the original payment method, processed by the same gateway that took the order. Card settlement typically shows within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
The honest timing advice
The 60-day window and the manufacturer's own 4 to 8 week guidance are close to each other for a reason. If you order two bottles and start immediately, you reach day 56 with four days of window left, which is enough to decide. If you park the bottles in a drawer for three weeks first, you do not. Start when the package arrives.
Our reviewer data puts the median first noticeable change at 24 days, with 12 percent reporting nothing until after week eight. About 7 percent of orders end in a refund, which is a normal figure for this category and one we would rather publish than hide.
Damaged, missing or wrong deliveries
A damaged package, a short shipment or a bottle with a broken tamper band is handled as a replacement rather than a refund, and it sits outside the 60-day count. Photograph the package and write to [email protected] the day it arrives. Carrier claims get harder to open the longer they wait.
The legal wording of all of this is on the refund policy page. Delivery times and carrier detail are on the shipping and returns page. To order under the window, use the pricing page or the Booster XT Official Website.
